* Above rates are based on full use of the entire Machiya.
* Tax is included in the price.
* Room cleaning, including linen/towel exchange, is not included in the price. However it can be provided upon request at an extra charge (2,000 yen x number of guests) per service.

（※）3 nights minimum is required. For those who would like to stay for 1-2 nights, we only accept inquiries within 30 days of your desired date.

::: PAYMENT :::

We require a payment of one night's deposit to hold the reservation first, and the remainder is to be made 30 days prior to your check-in. Should you decide to cancel your reservation after the payment, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Full amount will be reimbursed otherwise.
We accept credit card through Paypal, bank transfer and bank cheques.

16-30 days before: 30%
４-15 days before: 60%
2-3 days before: 80%
On the day: 100%
