Our staff will meet you at the Machiya townhouse for the above procedures.

* Guests under the age 20 are not allowed, unless accompanied by an adult.

* No pets

* No smoking

* We are not responsible for any injury and/or accident of guests due to
carelessness, and also not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

* Please let us know immediately of any damage or loss. Depending on the case, we may ask for charge.

* Our Machiya's walls are shared with neighbors, so please be considerate and keep the noise level down.
