Fully Equipped Kitchen: We provide the basic equipment for those who like to cook, although we would highly recommend dining out given Kyoto’s incredible cuisine.

Refrigerator and ice maker, microwave oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery, hand soap and kitchen detergent.

Separate Bath: Unit bath/shower and Western toilet are all brand new.

Washer and dryer, hair dryer, weight scale, bath and face towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body shampoo, laundry detergent.

Japanese Room: You can enjoy a very small garden called “Tsubo-niwa” from this traditional Japanese tatami mat room.

Kotatsu table (sunken) and 4 chairs, air-conditioning, TV/Cable TV with more than 25 English channels and DVD player.

2nd Floor

Japanese Room: We have prepared a very high quality, comfortable Japanese style “Futon” beds for our guests. Two sets of futon beds are already placed in this tatami mat room.

Japanese futon, Japanese style room-wear, night lamp, alarm clock, air-conditioning.

Den: This room will be used as a second bedroom (sleeps up to 2 people).
Wireless hi-speed internet Window XP, desk, 2 chairs, air-conditioning.
